Your Role Provide expert legal counsel in: Estate planning (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives) Asset protection and business formation Medicaid and/or special needs planning (where applicable) Review client information and intake data already gathered by our team. Conduct thorough consultations—primarily via Zoom—with seniors and their families. Coordinate with our in-house support staff to ensure a smooth, turnkey client experience from consultation to document execution. What We’re Looking For Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Active bar license, in good standing At least 3+ years of experience in estate planning or closely related practice areas Experience with Medicaid asset protection and special needs planning (strongly preferred or required, depending on your focus) Ability to independently manage clients and maintain high professional standards Multi-state licensure is a plus, but not required What You Gain No-Cost Client Acquisition – We bring qualified, motivated clients to you. Requirements
