Job Title: Remote Junior Growth Marketing Specialist (100% Work From Home) Location: Remote from Latin America Position Type: Full-time Salary: $1,000 - 2,000 USD/month depending on experience paid via wire transfer Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm, 1 hour lunch at 12:00pm - 1:00pm Eastern Time Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and growth-oriented Junior Marketing Manager to support the strategic planning and execution of marketing campaigns. Responsibilities

• Plan and execute strategic marketing campaigns across relevant channels
• Develop creative concepts and translate them into engaging marketing assets
• Create content and graphic design materials for digital campaigns
• Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation, campaign efficiency, and performance
• Stay up to date with emerging AI platforms and proactively identify ways to apply them
• Contribute ideas for improving marketing strategy, messaging, and creative direction
• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, organized, and aligned with brand standards
