Job Title: Remote Marketing Manager (100% Work From Home) Location: Remote from Latin America Position Type: Full-time Salary: $2,100 - 2,500 USD/month depending on experience Schedule: Monday - Saturday 9:00am - 5:30pm Central Time Job Overview: Our client is a rapidly growing owner and operator of over 60 mini-storage properties across the central United States, with a heavy presence in Oklahoma. They are a technology-forward company changing how storage management operates through remote management and innovative systems. They focus primarily on tertiary and rural markets, providing neighborly, local service backed by a sophisticated tech stack. We are seeking an exceptional Marketing Manager to oversee their digital footprint. They don't do "traditional" handbooks or rigid rules; they hire high-performers who act with integrity and thrive in an environment of trust and responsibility. As their Marketing Manager, your primary goal is to drive the success of their properties through advanced online and website marketing strategies. Responsibilities:

  • Directory & Social Media Management: Frequently oversee and manage content across multiple platforms to ensure brand consistency and local visibility, including:
  • Google Business Profile
  • Apple Business Connect, Bing, Yelp, and Facebook
  • Instagram and other social media outreach campaigns.
  • Website Content & Strategy: Manage and update content for multiple business websites, ensuring our remote-managed properties are accurately represented.
  • Campaign Deployment: Produce, manage, and deploy comprehensive marketing campaigns for seasonal specials, holidays, and promotional events.
  • Technical SEO & Auditing: Perform regular site audits to bridge the gap between technical crawl data and business growth, prioritizing fixes for 4xx errors and optimizing keywords in "striking distance" (positions 11-20).
  • Data Analysis: Use Google Search Console and other tools to track engagement funnels, rental conversions, and referral sources.

Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies:

  • Web Development: Must be intimately familiar with WordPress and the Divi builder plugin.
  • SEO Tools: Mastery of Screaming Frog (for technical audits/broken links) and Semrush (for keyword gaps and visibility tracking) is required.
  • Analytics: Expert-level understanding of Google Search Console and Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Design: Proficiency with Canva for marketing asset creation.
  • Communication: Ability to provide clear, jargon-free reports for executive leadership while delivering "copy-paste" technical instructions for developers.
