Position Overview – Manager, Sales & Customer Service

The Manager, Sales & Customer Service at arenaflex is the champion of the shopper experience.   • Recruitment & Staffing: Fill open positions quickly, prioritizing internal candidates from Customer Experience, Commission, and Specialized Selling areas.
  • Performance Management: Conduct evaluations, deliver constructive feedback, address disciplinary matters, and celebrate achievements in alignment with arenaflex’s performance standards.
