Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing calls related to Healthcare Member and Provider inquiries with a high level of professionalism and empathy
  • Ensuring a positive experience for members by providing accurate and timely information, resolving issues efficiently, and escalating concerns when necessary
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management, including but not limited to, data entry, documentation, and quality assurance activities
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and improve overall patient satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services to provide informed and accurate information to patients and providers

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 2 years of call center experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Health insurance experience is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime, evenings, and weekends
  • Availability of a private workstation for confidential work is required

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Previous experience working in a healthcare setting, such as a hospital, clinic, or insurance company
