Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Specialist at Arenaflex, you'll be responsible for determining the level of satisfaction of our clients with our products and services. You'll work closely with our clients and internal teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance their experience. Your proactive approach will help us stay ahead of the curve, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities

* Determine the level of satisfaction of clients with our products and services

  • Liaise with clients and internal teams to remediate or solve end-user technology issues
  • Conduct proactive reviews of new and changed technology implementations to reduce customer impact
  • Develop and execute internal marketing and communication strategies for products and end-user experience improvements
  • Create and manage the distribution of communications across email, intranet, and other channels
  • Design and create content for email, articles, blogs, presentations, infographics, and other media
  • Provide technology education to address known knowledge deficits
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., marketing, communications, business, or technology)

  • 2+ years of experience in customer experience, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with content creation and distribution (e.g., email, social media, intranet)

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a related field (e.g., marketing, communications, business, or technology)

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and platforms
  • Familiarity with design principles and visual storytelling
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Certification in customer experience or marketing (e.g., CEM, CMO)
