As a Customer Service Representative – Retention (Hybrid), you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative – Retention (Hybrid), your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer interactions (calls, chats, emails) in a fast-paced environment
  • Accurately resolving issues related to service, billing, payments, and collections
  • Explaining bills and product features clearly
  • Troubleshooting basic problems and seeking higher support if needed
  • Building customer confidence and loyalty by resolving issues
  • Supporting various customer inquiries, including technical issues
  • Working a flexible 40-hour per week schedule, which may include nights, weekends, and overtime
  • Participating in paid training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

  • Compliance with WFH standards (e.g., technical, security, physical, noise levels, Clean Desk policy)
  • Participation in workspace audits (e.g., remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, pictures of workspace setup, video chats, etc.)
