Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service/Inbound Sales Representative, you will:

  • Provide inbound customer support via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues and answering questions to the best of your ability.
  • Maintain a broad knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, and procedures to effectively sell and upsell our clients' offerings.
  • Achieve specific sales targets and maximize sale opportunities on each and every call.
  • Prepare complete and accurate work, including notating accounts as required.
  • Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance.
  • Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, every time.

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma with six months of sales experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated sales technique and product knowledge preferred.
  • A courteous and strong customer service orientation.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
  • The ability to remain patient and professional in all customer contact situations.
  • Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence.
