The Role

As a Full Stack Social Media Customer Support Specialist, you'll be part of a high-performing team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences across our social media platforms. You'll work closely with our global teams to resolve customer inquiries, respond to comments and messages, and provide support for our social media campaigns. Your expertise will help us build strong relationships with our fans, drive engagement, and foster a positive brand image.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms, providing timely and accurate solutions to their issues

  • Collaborate with global teams to develop and implement social media strategies that drive engagement and customer satisfaction
  • Analyze customer feedback and sentiment to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain social media content calendars to ensure consistent and engaging content across platforms
  • Collaborate with our creative teams to develop social media campaigns that drive customer engagement and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our content and strategies are always on point
  • Work closely with our customer service teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional support

The Ideal Candidate

* 2+ years of experience in social media customer support or a related field

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving engagement on social media
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer feedback and sentiment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with global teams
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and flexible attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
