Job Summary

As a Customer Service Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for maintaining solid relationships with existing and new customers while providing our Sales Team with new prospects for our freight solutions. This role requires a high volume of customer interactions, including prospecting, maintaining relationships, and account management. Key Responsibilities

* Initiate sales and marketing calls to prospective or current clients to promote arenaflex's freight solutions

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to drive business growth and retention
  • Utilize and update our CRM platform daily to track customer interactions and sales pipeline
  • Manage accounts to retain existing relationships and identify new opportunities for growth
  • Prospect for leads to build a pipeline, using the phone, emails, and social media to engage with potential clients
  • Attend company events and participate in sales meetings to stay informed about industry trends and company initiatives

Minimum Qualifications/Experience

* Proven successful sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, and customer service

  • Upbeat and energetic attitude with a strong work ethic
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting sales targets and customer needs
  • Proficiency with MS Office software, including experience with Sales Automation, Customer Relationship Management, or web-based software programs
  • Ability to execute a vision, manage multiple priorities, and achieve results in a dynamic sales environment
  • Outgoing personality with expertise in developing relationships and driving business growth
