Job Summary

As a Business Development Lead at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that elevate our customer experience. You'll work closely with our management team to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that meet our customers' needs. Your primary goal will be to drive customer service excellence, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive, memorable, and exceeds their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, customer service, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving customer service excellence and business growth
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build relationships with customers, employees, and suppliers

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, customer service, or a related field
  • Experience working in the quick-service restaurant industry
  • Certification in customer service or business development
  • Fluency in multiple languages
