Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Ability to handle a high volume of incoming calls
- Proficiency in Spanish, Vietnamese, and Chinese
- Strong communication skills
- Computer proficiency
- Typing skills of at least 35 words per minute
- Attention to detail
Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Inbound Call Center Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Answering inbound calls and assisting callers with their EZ Tag accounts
- Processing toll violation payments
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to our residents
- Working collaboratively with our team to resolve customer issues and concerns
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A clean criminal background check
- Experience handling billing inquiries and addressing changes in Spanish, Vietnamese, and Chinese
- Experience in a call center or similar environment is preferred
