Job Summary

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and service providers, providing timely and effective support through various communication channels. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, booking services, and troubleshooting software issues, while working collaboratively with our remote team. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer emails, texts, and web chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Handle incoming phone calls from customers, providing empathetic and effective support
  • Assist customers with bookings, including scheduling, canceling, and rescheduling services
  • Help service providers with questions or issues regarding Work Orders and policy questions
  • Troubleshoot software issues, including analyzing customer emails and providing thoughtful responses
  • Collaborate with our remote team, utilizing technology for communication, training, and meetings
  • Maintain accurate records and track multiple issues simultaneously

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, business administration) preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customers and service providers
  • Ability to analyze customer emails and provide thoughtful responses
  • Proficiency in using computer applications, including CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot software issues and resolve customer complaints
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information

  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
