You will collaborate closely with product management to translate specifications into actionable development plans, meticulously manage integrations, and contribute directly to our codebase through hands-on implementation, code reviews, and rigorous testing. - Partner with Product Managers to review and refine project specifications.

- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in backend or full-stack software engineering.
- Mandatory recent and extensive experience with Ruby on Rails.
- Proven experience working within tech scale-ups or similarly agile development environments.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling products that cater to a large user base (thousands of monthly active users).
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in English.
