Work where you matter. A Brief Overview Responsible for coordinating and maintaining telehealth equipment. Responsible for coordinating, distributing, and tracking equipment, assisting with telehealth product set-up and teaching the customer about the functions, benefits, and how to use the telehealth system. What you will do Coordinates all elements of telehealth equipment processing including inventory, storage, on-going maintenance, cleaning, distribution, troubleshooting, and patient-set up and education. Acts as the subject matter expert for telehealth equipment and logistics for Avera staff and patients. Maintains up-to-date knowledge and understanding of telehealth products and services. Works collaboratively with the health team to promote positive customer experience with telehealth including teaching the customer how to use the telehealth system. Processes patient referrals and interfaces with the care team to communicate set up completion, including completion of required telehealth documentation. Directs involvement in problem resolution for referral and end-user; technical trouble shooting expertise to assist patients and staff with problem resolution. Establishes and provides data regarding tracking and availability of telehealth equipment. Coordinates with Avera facilities on maintaining supply of telehealth equipment. Establishes and maintains routine preparation of telehealth equipment kits, including equipment updates and quality assurance checks prior to sending to patient or Avera sites. Coordinates and monitors need for additional equipment, shipping materials, education documents.

Preferred Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience: Home health or hospice services, including patient technology.
