Third-party or C2C candidates will not be considered. Summary:
- Looking for a jack-of-all-trades IT Administrator who can manage Atlassian tools, support AWS services, and handle day-to-day IT operations. This individual must excel at troubleshooting and be able to diagnose and resolve technical issues across multiple systems. Ticketing management will be handled through Jira.
- Responsibilities
- Strong problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in AWS and software development.
- Experience with Atlassian so specifically in JIRA or Bitbucket, or Confluence.
- This is a team-oriented position, can require constant communication within the team and requires team-oriented, self-motivated, and self-managed individuals.
- Experience on team communication, MS suite, SharePoint, share file, and Jump link daily.
- Healthcare familiarity is a plus but not required. Top 3 skills
- Five years of hands-on experience with Atlassian tools, including Jira, JSM, Confluence, and Bitbucket, Jump Cloud (preferred), TERA, AWS experience, and JumpCloud (or similar like Okta/AD)
- Strong proficiency with arenaflex Office Suite, SharePoint.
- Jump Cloud/AD/Okta is Plus.
- Airtable is plus Top 3 preferred skills:
- Programming background (any language),
- Strong troubleshooting/problem-solving ability,
- Familiarity with enterprise-level Atlassian administration. No certification is required Industry exp is not required Sammi, a Motif is not important Education: Bachelor's degree (4-year degree, with 5 years Direct IT experience, Atlassian, any kind of Atlassian, Jira, Confluence, or Bitbucket. ADBS experience is nice to have Interview process: Phone or Teams video 2 rounds Initial 10 15 min casual interview with hiring manager; formal 30 45 min panel with 2 3 team members.
