Job Description:
As an Experienced Client Care Guide at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients via telephone, email, and online platforms. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home, with a flexible part-time schedule that may require working beyond typical business hours. This position is 30-39 hours per week, with the possibility of additional or fewer hours depending on business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide top-tier customer service and support to clients via telephone, email, and online platforms
- Oversee both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of client issues
- Proactively identify answers to questions clients may have, providing proactive support and solutions
- Adopt a customer-centric approach to resolving each issue, from start to finish, or escalating to pharmacy specialists and pharmacy staff if clinical advice is required
- Assist clients with responding to requests regarding their protection and copays, as needed

Essential Qualifications:
* Currently reside within the state of Arizona to qualify for this position
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or related field

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
