Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Customer Support and Data Entry Specialists to join our remote team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat, resolving customer issues or inquiries in a timely manner, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for entering and updating customer information in our database, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Support and Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat, resolving customer issues or inquiries in a timely manner
  • Entering and updating customer information in our database, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including notes and follow-up actions
  • Collaborating with team members to resolve complex customer issues and provide comprehensive solutions
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures, including data security and confidentiality guidelines
  • Meeting weekly and monthly performance goals, including customer satisfaction and resolution rates
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Support and Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent typing skills, with a minimum of 40 wpm
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and customer interactions
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer support environment
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication skills, including verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk

  • Knowledge of data entry software, such as Excel or Access
  • Experience with social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
