Experienced Inside Sales Consultant – Local Business Development and Marketing

You'll work closely with small business owners to understand their needs and aspirations, and tailor each sales approach to help them succeed.

Job Summary

As an ISC, you'll be responsible for promoting our advertising and marketing services to local businesses across the UK and Canada. Your primary goal will be to educate business owners about the benefits of our advertising platform and help them achieve their sales goals. You'll work in a supportive virtual team environment with the flexibility to work from home.

Key Responsibilities

* Train, strategize, and efficiently promote arenaflex advertising programs through a high volume of outbound sales calls, which will be 100% phone-based.

  • Your objective is to acquire as many businesses as possible. You'll work on one of the following schedules (in your local time), or as otherwise determined by your supervisor:

+ 7:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. + 8:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. + 9:30 A.M. to 6:30 P.M.

  • Personalize and manage a pipeline of clients ranging from dentists to florists to restaurant owners, all organized in our CRM (Salesforce).
  • Say goodbye to that dreaded commute! You and your team will work from the comfort of your own home to promote advertising to small local businesses on a fixed Monday to Friday schedule.
  • Become an expert in arenaflex's advertising solutions, and adapt product pointers quickly to match customer desires. Asking probing questions and overcoming customer objections and rejection will be crucial to your success.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals – strong working ethic and tenacity are key!
  • Live organized and manage your time effectively to complete your daily tasks – your income is a numbers game, and you're here to win.

What It Takes to Succeed

* GED/HS Diploma and 2+ years of customer-facing experience OR a Bachelor's Degree.

  • No fear of the smartphone.
  • Widespread computer and email skills – we use Google Suite and provide a MacBook computer.
  • A work environment free of distractions.
  • Ability to efficiently prioritize tasks and manage independently without oversight.
  • Must possess current US sales authorization.
