Job Summary

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring that every customer leaves our restaurant feeling valued, satisfied, and eager to return. You'll be responsible for taking orders in the drive-thru, assembling orders, delivering food to customers, cleaning the dining room, and providing top-notch service to our customers. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves our restaurant feeling valued and satisfied

• Take orders in the drive-thru, assemble orders, and deliver food to customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Clean the dining room, including tables, floors, and other areas of the restaurant
• Process payments efficiently and accurately
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
• Multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Work together as a team, assisting other crew members in completion of tasks and assignments to ensure continuity of service
• Align with arenaflex culture by balancing working hard and having fun
• Take initiative and comply with company policies

Essential Qualifications

* Must be 16 years of age or older

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or food service preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Ability to lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
• Ability to kneel, bend, twist or stoop
• Ability to ascend or descend stairs
• Ability to reach and grasp objects (including above head and below waistline)
• Ability to show up to scheduled shifts on time

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment

• Experience with point-of-sale systems and cash handling
• Certification in food safety and handling
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
