Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing exceptional customer service through active listening, empathy, and effective communication
  • Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively, adhering to arenaflex's strict data protection policies
  • Proactively resolving issues on the first call, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and efficiency
  • Appropriately communicating with customers, both verbally and in writing, to ensure clear understanding and resolution of concerns

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proficiency in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
  • Be at least 18 years of age, with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to type 25 words per minute, with comfort using desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
  • Proven logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
  • Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Nice-to-Haves

While not essential, the following skills and qualifications would be advantageous:

  • Experience working in a call center or customer-facing environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer support tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with proficiency in additional languages
