The Role

As an Experienced Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for policyholders, addressing their inquiries, making policy changes, and offering recommendations. Responsibilities

* Answer billing questions from customers, ensuring that their queries are resolved promptly and efficiently.

  • Make policy changes as requested by policyholders, maintaining accurate records and updating customer information as necessary.
  • Provide recommendations to customers regarding their insurance needs, leveraging your expertise to offer personalized solutions.
  • Deliver exceptional service to demonstrate the value of being insured by arenaflex, fostering long-term relationships with customers.
  • Assist customers in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment, adapting to changing situations and priorities with ease.

Requirements

* 12+ months of contact center or customer-facing service experience, with a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience in providing outstanding customer service through expertise and active listening, with a focus on building trust and rapport with customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly, with a strong emphasis on flexibility and teamwork.
  • Solid computer and multi-tasking skills, with proficiency in using software applications and technology to support customer service operations.
  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
