Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Technical Support and Customer Service Representative to join our team in Scottsdale, AZ. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring their complete satisfaction. If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a strong technical background, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our water level controls and sensors
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge
  • Follow established build and test documents and procedures
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Essential Qualifications

* Two-year degree as an Electronics Technician or equivalent experience

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a manufacturing environment
  • Reliable with the ability to focus on the job at hand
  • Basic understanding of electronic components and how a relay works
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or other related fields
  • US work authorization (required)

Preferred Qualifications

* Knowledge of C++ and Assembler (a plus)

  • Experience with Pick N Place machines (a plus)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with customer service software and systems

Location

arenaflex is located in Scottsdale, AZ 85260. We prefer candidates who are able to commute to our office location. However, we also offer relocation assistance to qualified candidates who are willing to relocate to Scottsdale, AZ before starting work.

Schedule

Our standard work schedule is 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week. We offer a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of our team members.
