Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team and drive success with our enterprise customers. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of enterprise customer accounts, onboarding new customers, and providing exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction and growth. You'll work closely with our internal teams to provide best-in-class support and help implement cross-functional initiatives that drive business results.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing a portfolio of enterprise customer accounts to foster long-term partnerships and drive customer satisfaction and growth
  • Onboarding new enterprise customers to ensure they're set up for success and have a positive experience with our platform
  • Acting as the main point of contact for any customer escalations and providing resolutions in a timely, proactive manner
  • Delivering Quarterly Business Reviews to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction
  • Becoming the customer advocate and helping implement cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Product, and Support

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a talented and experienced Customer Success Manager who is action-oriented, hands-on, and has exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent customer relationship management skills and a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and growth
  • Strong communication, listening, writing, and time management skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and resolve client issues quickly and efficiently
  • Organized and reliable, with the ability to work independently with little direction when necessary
  • Genuine excitement about scaling a growing platform and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • An ownership mentality and a willingness to take ownership of customer success and growth
  • Experience working in the email/newsletter space is a huge plus
