Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk / Typing Specialist to join our team of remote workers. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support. Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all data entry activities, including errors and corrections

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, computer science) is an asset

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field (e.g. administrative assistant, customer service representative)
  • Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 25 words per minute
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, using your own initiative and judgment to complete tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other software applications as required

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with data entry software and systems (e.g. Excel, Access)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
