Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via live chat, providing prompt, accurate, and helpful solutions in real-time.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues related to arenaflex products, services, and delivery concerns.
  • Providing detailed product information, pricing, and promotional details to assist customers.
  • Helping customers with order tracking, returns, and exchanges through chat support.
  • Assisting customers in understanding arenaflex's products, benefits, and availability.
  • Maintaining records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the support database.
  • Collaborating with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy while managing multiple chat inquiries simultaneously.

Skills & Qualifications
