Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Making outbound and receiving inbound calls to provide exceptional customer service and support
- Thoroughly reviewing and processing loan applications through various software systems
- Assessing candidate qualifications for loans and making informed decisions
- Creating and updating records, as well as maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information
- Identifying customer needs and exploring available options to meet their requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and problem-solving
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with a strong sense of professionalism and respect
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication
Preferred Qualifications
* 0-2 years of experience in a customer service role, with a proven track record of success
