Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Entering data into various databases, records, and files with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Possessing excellent typing, writing, and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Summarizing data for standardized reports, ensuring clarity and concision
  • Typing data directly and accurately, with a focus on speed and efficiency
  • Verifying data by correctly checking and comparing source documentation to ensure accuracy
  • Organizing paper formats, paper backups, and material source files as needed to maintain a tidy and efficient workspace

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently, clearly, and professionally
  • Prior experience handling data entry responsibilities or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Self-directed and able to work without supervision, with a high level of autonomy and motivation
  • Extensive knowledge of arenaflex Office Suite, particularly Excel spreadsheets, to effectively manage and analyze data
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and computer skills

Qualifications

We're looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Data Entry Clerk experience: 1 year (required)
  • Excel/Filing experience: 1 year (required)
