Key Responsibilities:

As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing timely, accurate, and professional customer service to all arenaflex customers through phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Assisting customers in expediting orders and correcting post-sales problems in a fun and fast-paced environment
  • Utilizing a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Staying up-to-date on arenaflex policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate and informed support to customers
  • Meeting or exceeding customer service metrics and performance targets

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Strong technical skills, with experience using software tools and systems to navigate customer accounts and research policies
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, or a willingness to learn and develop product knowledge
  • Experience using CRM software, such as Salesforce, to manage customer interactions and data
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
