Job Summary:

As a Customer Training Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through our Today at Apple sessions and events. You'll inspire customers to discover, own, and love our products by creating interactive and engaging experiences that showcase the benefits of our ecosystem. Responsibilities:

* Deliver engaging Today at Apple sessions that encourage strong customer participation and generate excitement, engagement, and enthusiasm for arenaflex products and services.

• Create interactive customer experiences that help others get the most from the arenaflex ecosystem, including setting up devices and recommending solutions that meet customer needs.
• Demonstrate familiarity with internal support resources available to customers who want to expand their technical knowledge and provide support in setting up devices.
• Perform other tasks as needed, including supporting customer-facing activities on or off the sales floor.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting each other's differences and having the curiosity to learn.
• Demonstrate arenaflex's values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Availability to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store, and reliably attend work as scheduled, in line with local laws and subject to any approved accommodations. + Experience in retail or sales, or related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience with teaching or public presentations and comfort presenting to live audiences. + Ability to adapt facilitation styles to meet the needs of the audience with many learning styles, sizes, and settings. + Understanding of the benefits of the arenaflex ecosystem and the ability to influence others to see those benefits. + Experience working in a team environment, demonstrating shared responsibility and accountability with other team members. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple priorities at the same time.
