Key Responsibilities

As a Tele Chat / Phone Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to incoming phone calls and chat messages from members promptly and professionally, ensuring their concerns are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Assisting members with inquiries, account information, and issue resolution, providing guidance on products, services, and online banking platforms.
