As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the customer journey by tracking all points of customer engagement, addressing customer queries, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues while identifying ways to improve the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming contacts via voice, chat, email, and social media platforms, and offering best-in-class service, including anticipatory service.
  • Thoroughly documenting contacts and statuses in the CRM.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to communicate customer queries and solve issues.
  • Identifying and effectively communicating suggestions to improve the customer experience to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Aligning customer experience strategies with marketing initiatives, as well as informing customers about new product features and functionalities.
  • Upselling products when appropriate and following the applicable lead-generation guidelines.
  • Identifying customer needs and taking proactive steps to maintain positive experiences.
  • Responding to customer queries in a timely and effective manner, via phone, email, social media, or chat applications.
  • Performing product tests, evaluating after-sales and support services, and facilitating improvements. Acting as a customer experience SME as needed.
  • Documenting processes and logging technical issues, as well as customer compliments and complaints.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you should possess:

  • 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Customer Experience, and Inside Sales.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in the education or professional advancement industry.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and customer engagement channels.
