- Coordinate all accounting operations functions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Lead external audit processes by coordinating between auditors and internal stakeholders.

- Manage the accumulation and consolidation of financial data for accurate business results.
- Identify opportunities for improvements in financial processes and reporting.
- Lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff to build a high-performance team.
- Provide leadership with vital information for decision-making and process enhancements.
- Act as an advisor to identify opportunities, trends, risks, and financial insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field required.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is mandatory.
- 6-8 years of proven accounting experience.
- 2 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
- Healthcare accounting background highly preferred.
