Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Extending a level of service that is genial, considerate, and timely to all clients, ensuring that they have a positive shopping experience.
  • Executing transactions and managing the cash register while assisting customers, providing a seamless and efficient checkout experience.
  • Assisting in maintaining store presentations, restocking supplies, and managing signage, ensuring that our stores are always well-organized and visually appealing.
