Key Responsibilities – Own the End‑to‑End Support Experience

  • Operational Leadership: Direct daily operations of the IT‑AMS Help Desk, overseeing Tier 1‑3 technical support for all program‑related issues.
  • Team Management & Development: Recruit, train, mentor, and schedule a multi‑tiered support team to achieve high‑quality issue resolution and adherence to service level agreements.
  • Knowledge Base & Self‑Service Enablement: Build and maintain a robust knowledge repository, user guides, and video tutorials that empower users to resolve routine problems independently.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track help‑desk KPIs (response time, resolution rate, user satisfaction) using tools such as Jira Service Management (JSM) and Zendesk; generate weekly and monthly performance dashboards for senior leadership.
