  • Website Management: Update website content, monitor performance, and ensure all information is accurate and up‑to‑date.
  • Data Entry & Document Organization: Perform high‑volume data entry, transcription, research, extraction, encoding, and maintain well‑structured file systems.
  • CRM Mastery: Utilize arenaflex (formerly Hubspot, Salesforce, ZOHO) to track interactions, manage pipelines, and generate insightful reports.
  • Executive Support: Manage calendars, schedule Zoom meetings, arrange travel, set appointments, and send reminders for executives and team members.

  • Project Coordination: Supervise project timelines, plan and schedule tasks, produce status reports, and analyze outcomes.

Essential Qualifications
