Job Description

As a customer service representative, you'll be the voice of arenaflex, connecting with customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their queries, concerns, and questions, providing resolution and escalating matters to relevant departments when necessary. You'll collaborate with arenaflex vendors and sellers to support and improve customer service, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Use various communication channels to assist arenaflex customers, including phone, email, or chat

  • Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and questions
  • Create resolution for customers by solving their issues and escalating matters to relevant arenaflex departments when necessary
  • Collaborate with arenaflex vendors and sellers to support and improve customer service
  • Manage multiple tasks and prioritize customer service
  • Keep up-to-date with arenaflex's products, services, and policies and be able to advise customers on their inquiries
  • Utilize strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently

Qualifications:

* Minimum High School diploma or equivalent

  • Professional experience in customer service (preferably in an e-commerce setting)
  • Great communicator with excellent listening, verbal, and writing skills in English
  • Must be able to multitask with strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays on a shift schedule basis, overtime as needed
  • Proficient in navigating multiple computer systems and software while communicating with customers
  • Ability to work independently while connecting with the team remotely
