The current system is outdated, difficult for the sales team to use, and in need of significant performance improvements. The architect will take ownership of redesigning the platform to ensure it is scalable, secure, and aligned with internal customer needs. This role is highly visible and directly impacts sales efficiency, system reliability, and revenue operations. Key Responsibilities • Technical Ownership & Strategy Develop the technical strategy for the CPQ rebuild, ensuring the platform is built for long term scalability rather than short term fixes. This requires true architectural leadership beyond basic configuration. • Cross Functional Collaboration Partner closely with sales operations, product teams, and offshore engineering groups.
