Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Greeting customers with a smile and providing exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Operating the register, handling cash transactions, and making purchase suggestions to customers
• Collaborating with the food program team to provide a seamless shopping experience
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out, to meet our high standards for store appearance
• Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless operations
• Interacting with customers daily, resolving issues, and offering solutions to meet their needs
• Working collaboratively with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and goals

• Providing excellent customer care, communication, and friendly conversation to build strong relationships with customers

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
• Physical stamina to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as required
