Job Description
We're seeking a highly skilled Data Entry Analyst to play a critical part in managing data related to our sales, ad tracking, and supporting our mentorship programs. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a wide range of data systems, analyze trends and opportunities, and contribute to the development and maintenance of our databases and data systems.
Responsibilities
* Input and manage data related to our sales, ad tracking, and mentorship programs within our backend systems, including Google and YouTube ad tracking
- Input and manage data based on sales within the company, ensuring accuracy and integrity of our financial records
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and efficiencies, providing insights to inform business decisions
- Support the team in creating reports and presentations, using data to tell a story and drive results
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and integrity of data, maintaining a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills
- Assist in the development and maintenance of databases and data systems, ensuring seamless integration and data flow
- Perform other related duties as required, contributing to the growth and success of arenaflex
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Google Sheets, and Documents, with a strong understanding of data analysis and visualization tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a high level of organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in data entry or a related field is preferred, but not required
