Job Summary
We are seeking an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of data entry tasks, including but not limited to, entering patient information, processing prescriptions, and maintaining accurate records. You will work closely with our pharmacy team to ensure that all data entry tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
* Perform data entry tasks, including but not limited to, entering patient information, processing prescriptions, and maintaining accurate records
- Work closely with our pharmacy team to ensure that all data entry tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information and prescriptions
- Process prescriptions and other medical records in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and other stakeholders
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest data entry technologies and procedures
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental and company goals
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Key Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in data entry or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
- Knowledge of pharmacy software and systems
- Experience with data entry and processing prescriptions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
