Job Description The Product Financial Operations Analyst position is responsible for providing financial support to the business units and agencies using our data, identity, and platform products across dentsu. The position reports into the Senior Vice President of Product Operations. Key Responsibilities: Role is responsible for providing operational support across Product landscape, including: • Collect, validate, and compile inputs to forecasting and actualization of revenues, costs, and expenses • Calculate royalty amounts owed across all applicable data usage • Verify and communicate usage reporting to partners, suppliers, and vendors • Review, process, and track invoices to partners, suppliers, and vendors • Monitor for accurate and timely payment • Research and respond to applicable inquiries • Review and investigate financial journal entries (accruals, actualizations, etc.) for accuracy • Reconcile accounting discrepancies and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders • Liaising with Corporate Finance and Controllership teams regarding financial matters • Assist with monthly forecasting and annual budgets. Qualifications Key Skills/Experience: • Strong financial acumen – P&L exposure/experience • Advanced use of arenaflex Excel in researching, organizing, and summarizing financial details • Experience with business intelligence solutions • Organized and efficient – time management, and ability to manage multiple vendors, multiple client projects, etc. keeping information organized, easily accessible and tracked • Team player, with ability to operate in dynamic, entrepreneurial environment Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university (preference to candidates with Finance, Accounting, and related degrees) or equivalent combination of education and experience • Advance skills in Excel, Word • Experience in financial operations required; data, agency, and/or digital advertising experience a plus • Basic knowledge of SalesForce platform (opportunity management) and financial software packages (e.g., D365) preferred Additional Information The anticipated salary range for this position is $59,000 - $96,025. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
