Job Summary

As a Retail Customer Service and Sales Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by understanding their needs, identifying ownership opportunities, and presenting products and services that enrich their lives. You'll be the go-to expert for customers, providing personalized solutions and recommendations that meet their unique needs. You'll also be part of a team that's passionate about learning, growing, and supporting each other.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer service by seeking to understand customer needs, identifying ownership opportunities, and presenting products and services that meet their needs

• Understand and stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products, services, purchase options, and sales processes
• Support peers throughout the store by sharing knowledge and expertise, and assisting in offering ownership opportunities
• Maintain accuracy and follow guidance to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Perform other tasks as needed, including providing customer service and support in other areas of the store
• Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and having the curiosity to learn
• Demonstrate arenaflex's values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities

Minimum Qualifications

* Availability to work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store

• Reliable attendance, in line with local laws and subject to any approved accommodations

• Ability to personalize solutions based on customer needs and effectively communicate them
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, often supporting multiple customers at the same time
