Job Summary:

We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our remote call center team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the compassionate human connection that makes our service exceptional. You'll handle incoming calls, provide effective resolutions to customer inquiries, and communicate empathetically and diplomatically with clear, professional articulation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience for our clients.

• Research and provide effective resolutions to customer inquiries, addressing their concerns and needs.
• Accurately document call details, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Communicate empathetically and diplomatically with clear, professional articulation, building trust and rapport with our clients.
• Meet team goals for quality and customer satisfaction daily, driving continuous improvement and excellence.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations and build strong relationships.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with a willingness to adapt and learn.
• Proficiency in navigating computer applications, with a strong typing speed of at least 25 WPM.
• A desire to exceed customer expectations and grow professionally, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
• Previous healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment is required, with a strong track record of success and a commitment to excellence.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year at a single job, preferably in customer service.
• Reliable attendance, with no absences in the first 90 days.
• Typing speed of at least 25 WPM.
• Hardwired internet connection with minimum speeds of 5 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download.
• Secure, private work area at home.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.
