Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing world-class service to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and online chat. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Acting as a brand ambassador for arenaflex Luxury Stores, providing high-touch service to all customers
* Resolving customer issues in a timely manner, communicating through email, phone, and chat
* Responding to preorder questions about fit, fashion trends/style, product availability, and promotions via phone, email, and online chat
* Providing customers with critical service and product information, ensuring customer satisfaction
* Demonstrating a sound understanding and comprehensive knowledge of the arenaflex Luxury Store's full range of products and services
* Handling customer inquiries and/or cases through different channels in a timely and professional manner, making decisions in consideration of policies and procedures within the service level agreement
* Ensuring clear and accurate data capture, providing both quantitative and qualitative insights of customers' voices
* Utilizing a variety of software programs to resolve customer inquiries and identify and escalate system errors and other technical issues
* Working with external shipping contractors to assist customers with both domestic and international issues
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 2+ years of experience within a luxury customer service-focused environment, such as contact center, luxury retail, or hospitality
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations with a high level of empathy and integrity
* Confidence in making decisions with late returns, faulty goods, and concessions if necessary
* Ability to work a set schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with required overtime as business needs dictate
* Flexibility to work in a virtual environment, with a home work area that's free from background noise and equipped with a wired, high-speed internet connection
* Experience working under pressure in a high-volume environment while maintaining standards for productivity, quality, and service
* High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
