Job Description
As a Spanish-English bilingual customer service representative, you'll play a vital role in managing a dynamic environment of 50-100 daily patient interactions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing warm, professional greetings and assistance to patients via phone within our 4-ring standard
- Managing new patient intake process and appointment scheduling using modern healthcare software
- Coordinating with in-office medical team to ensure optimal patient care scheduling
- Processing and responding to patient inquiries through multiple channels (phone, email, web forms)
- Executing precise follow-up communication for missed calls and pending patient requests
- Applying medical triage protocols to prioritize properly and route patient communications
- Maintaining detailed patient interaction records following healthcare privacy standards
- Collaborating with on-site team members to ensure seamless patient experience
Key Responsibilities:
* Patient Communication: Provide exceptional customer service to patients via phone, ensuring timely and accurate responses to their inquiries.
