About the Role
As a Senior Associate, Customer Experience, you'll report directly to our Consumer Experience Lead and be responsible for leading strategic planning initiatives to drive industry-leading customer experience for our DashPass subscribers and most loyal customers. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Customer Experience, Product, Engineering, and Tools, to identify opportunities for improvement, develop and implement strategies, and measure the impact of your efforts.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with Customer Experience, Product, Engineering, and Tools teams to improve processes and customer experience for our customers
- Analyze data and insights to identify opportunities to improve speed, quality, effectiveness, and customer experience
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive customer experience initiatives, from concept to launch
- Collaborate with support and company-level leadership to guide priority projects and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform customer experience strategies
Essential Qualifications
* 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on customer experience, operations, or a related field
- Proven track record of driving customer experience initiatives, with a focus on process improvement, data analysis, and strategic planning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data, identify trends, and develop insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Experience with data analysis tools, such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on customer experience and operations
- Knowledge of customer experience frameworks, such as Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, such as Salesforce
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools, such as Jira and Asana
