Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our direct-to-consumer internet sales team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for attending preset appointments with customers at their homes, answering incoming customer inquiries about internet services, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a commission-based role, offering a unique opportunity to earn a competitive income while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Attend preset appointments with customers at their homes and answer incoming customer inquiries about internet services
- Work with management and continuously stay educated on energy and internet services provided
- Record customer information within our customer service database while following company policies
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner and provide the best customer service
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
- Actively ask upper management questions and go above and beyond to meet customer needs
Essential Qualifications
* Excellent sales and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a high-energy environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is an asset
Preferred Qualifications
