Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Customer Care Specialists to join our team in India (m/f/d). As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via chat and email, helping customers navigate our mobile banking app, and sharing their feedback to drive product improvement. Key Responsibilities

* Answer customer requests via chat and email, providing guidance and support to ensure a seamless user experience in English

  • Act as the voice of our customers, sharing feedback and reporting issues to drive product improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve our mobile banking app
  • Represent arenaflex and build trustful relationships with our customers

Requirements

* Demonstrated expertise in customer support or service, with a preference for experience in the banking or financial services industry and dealing with European-based SMEs (Small Medium Enterprises)

  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Good observational skills for process and product improvement, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, encompassing both verbal and written proficiency in English
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SME banking products, services, and processes
  • Ability to work within the CEST time zone, committing to 40 hours per week, distributed as 8 hours per day, excluding a 1-hour lunch break
  • You must be based in India (m/f/d)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with mobile banking apps or fintech companies

  • Knowledge of European banking regulations and compliance
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools
  • Ability to work in a remote environment, with a stable internet connection and a personal laptop
