Job Summary
As a Customer Service Laborer – Truck Team Member, you'll be an integral part of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating our trucks safely and efficiently, and removing unwanted items from residential and commercial client locations. You'll have the opportunity to work outdoors, stay active, and be part of a winning team that's making a difference in our community.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer is WOWed with a friendly, positive attitude and exceptional service
- Operate our trucks safely and efficiently, with a team member, to ensure timely and professional service delivery
- Remove unwanted items from residential and commercial client locations, including heavy and light lifting, using our specialized equipment and techniques
- Enthusiastically advocate for our brand to all you meet and encounter, promoting our services and values to potential customers
- Provide estimates to customers who call us for quotes, educating them on how we safely dispose of, recycle, and/or donate what we can to keep as much out of landfills as possible
- Commit to the safe and professional navigation and driving of trucks, as well as the intelligent and efficient loading and unloading of customers' belongings
- Wear uniforms and represent arenaflex in a professional and positive manner, making a great impression on our customers and the community
Qualifications
* 21+ years of age (for insurance purposes)
- A valid standard driver's license and clean driving record (past 3 years)
- Reliable, hard-working, and a great attitude!
- Previous customer service, labor, or sales experience an asset (but not required)
- Able to lift 50lbs repeatedly
- Previous experience in the following is a plus:
+ Delivery Driver + Non CDL Driver + No DOT + Truck Driver + Delivery Driver + Construction + Moving + Demolition + General Labor + Warehouse worker + Service Industry: Grocery stores, Retail, Restaurants, Hotels
